BIOSULFEX® technology is designed for biogas purification. BIOSULFEX® removes the H2S - a poisonous gas component and corrosive to equipment and piping. Desulphurization has achieved H2S removal efficiency even up to 99,99 %. BIOSULFEX® device can also remove dust and siloxanes from the biogas. BIOSULFEX® technology is patent - protected.
BIOSULFEX® process reduces the amount of produced waste almost to theoretically possible minimum as hydrogen sulphide is converted to elemental sulphur only (not to sulphides, sulphites, and other sulphur components - not to speak about iron ore with no more than few per cent of sulphur within) and one has to realise that elemental sulphur has the minimum possible mass of all sulphur compounds to be produced of a unit mass of hydrogen sulphide.
Twenty years of improvements in the catalyst production meant its selectivity and durability in the industrial practise: our catalytic solution coverts hydrogen sulphide to elemental sulphur only: it means no by products in working solution and no effluents.
Developed for treatment of various kinds of off air, purge gases as well as biogas produced in sewage treatment plants, solid waste dumps etc. Treatment of this air or gas means the removal of H2S. This technology solves also environmental problems: eliminates the sulfur compounds emission into the atmosphere.
The BIOSULFEX®PROCESS is also recommended in any places where a H2S contaminated air has been burned and now a FGD (flue gas desulphurization) installation is considered to meet environmental regulations.
It is the most up to date process catalyst of conversion of H2S to Sel using a unique pulver concentrate BIOCAT®: non toxic, non degradable, easy for use and transportation, delivered in closed cans.
